Help

Everything you need to chat, connect, and make Emo.Live yours.

Chat basics
  1. 01

    Pick someone and talk

Open a card on the home page — it opens straight into the conversation. No sign-up, no profile.

  2. 02

    See what they remember

Open Memory in the character sidebar: read, edit, or delete anything they saved about you.

  3. 03

Take them to WeChat / iMessage

Tap Login at the top right of the web page and copy the /login line it generates (valid for 2 minutes). Open WeChat or iMessage and send that whole line to the character — they reply with a confirmation, and from then on both places are the same relationship. The clip shows every step.

Troubleshooting
No reply

Wait a few seconds, then reload — the reply may be saved already and just did not reach your screen.

They texted me first?

A feature, not a bug: after a chat they may check back in. See Features → One relationship, every channel.

My chat disappeared

New browser, cleared cookies, or private mode. Link with /login and your history follows you.

“Temporarily unavailable”

Deliberate: when a character cannot answer properly we say so instead of inventing a reply. Try again shortly.

Login code fails

Codes last 2 minutes, work once, and a new code replaces the old one. Resend the whole line including /login.

Check the Settings switch and your browser permission — each device asks separately.
